Yay i'm back with the journal! It's been a long time since the last entry. So, why my site looks awful now? Well, it's because i was trying to make a cool
dark aero layout all by myself instead of using a template (i'm still bad at searching resources), but since i lack coding skills and i'm kinda lazy with these things i just
reverted to a void with words. Maybe one day i will fix it, but for now i have to focus on exams and my academic future. Oh btw, i'm rewachting the Star Wars prequels and i'm lovin
it, specially the parts i used to find boring (the politics in this case), i know there is still a lot of odd stuff and trashy choices (cof cof the romantic scenes), but beside that
i'm really excited about these movies.
Actually, i have so much more to say it, but i don't know if i want to transform this entire page into a wall full of text LOL. Like, for example: I was talking with my therapist about things i like in fiction but absolutely abominate irl and how ppl on the internet affects my worries about that. (i know, i sound very chronically online) Like, i know i would never do these horrible things, just in fiction i feel ok with that. BUT THE PROBLEM IS: Nowadays people don't have media literacy and are full of puritanisms inside their minds AND THE WORST PART; they think they're the heroes of the fandoms, the cops (ew) of the internet. I'm not the type of person who label myself pro or anti, cause first: i don't like to label myself unless i feel its necessary (artist, 22 yo, bad at coding) and second, this whole shit didnt exist when i entered fan spaces for the first time (i miss 2013-2016). I mean, there are some people i prefer to not interact with,like, people with certain fetishes that triggers my ocd, tcc people (i had stress involving them and postal fans at my tumblr days), gore enthusiasts, etc. But i never will put a DNI list on my profile, cause let's be honest, these things don't work on the internet; or even harass them,NO! i prefer to just block and let it go (unless the person is really doing fucked up things,like being a nazi, then i report it)
The only time i write ''DNI'' for a specific group, it's for minors, cause (unfortunately) the kid sites are dead; no club penguin, flash games sites, etc. So we adults have to deal with children getting in adult spaces and we,for some reason, have to act like their parents.

I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE LAST ENTRIES!! They were about Star Wars and what i feel about the prequels and my old oc. Anyways, i'm trying to do a 90s inspired layout, taking inspirations from this MK site , and also this Durex website. But i don't know how to do something like this.
I thought after watching the prequels i would be all for obikin or anidala, but surprisingly i ended up liking quiobi a lot more; i still don't know what exactly attracted me to this shipp, maybe is the master and padawan dynamic? or the age difference? because they remind me of that ancient greek teachers and their students? I don't know and the more i try to explain, the worse it gets. I can't deny that the "master/padawan" aspect always intrigued me,like, since i started to like Star Wars. My childhood oc called Lara (the one i wrote about a week a ago) was Darth Vader's padawan and i,for some reason, used to shipp them (?) Like, seeing nowadays it's really weird to me, but i kinda understand where this came from. Oh btw, youtube is so ass these days that made me read more (i actually like to read,its just that my rat brain gets happy faster through watching stuff).
I FUCKING HATE WAR!! I'M TIRED OF THE UNITED STATES, I'M TIRED OF FUCKING ISRAEL!!!!

Now my site looks a bit better; I deleted the "About Me" page because it wasn't practical, so I turned it into an introductory paragraph on the home page; I added more blinkies and stamps to the "Interests" page (and i will add more); I will add more artworks from this year to the gallery and also create a "old drawings" section for my past works that i never posted here. For now I think the layout is good, it's not my goal yet, but I'll keep updating it until I get closer to what I envision. I'm also thinking about switching all the stamps for blinkies, cause it's more accurate to the era i'm trying to emulate here (late 90s - early 2000s web) and maybe now it's the best moment to make my own resources.

I made my first blinkie and it's a band one; Pato fu is a brazilian pop-rock band created in 1992 and they have really good original songs and covers! I don't talk much about my nationality here, because most neocities users are english-speakers and i don't wanna be that people who screams "i'm from x country!! look at me!!". But yeah, i want to share some cultural things related to my country to all, cause i think they're cool and deserve to be worldly recognized. Another band i like is named Skank (yep thats the name), which is one the most famous bands here, they used to play a lot in the 2000s, but i think the band is retired nowadays.
